About the job :

Reporting to the Sales Manager, this role will take responsibility for the overall marketing function. The role will also engage with the customer base and competitive landscape through providing support to the Sales Team.

This is a new role, and being sole-charge, there is plenty of variety on offer as well as the opportunity to take the lead on developing and implementing marketing strategies that contribute to the success of the business.

This will include tasks such as :

  • Coordinating advertising, particularly digital and print
  • Social media management and digital marketing
  • Working with graphic designer to maintain brand image
  • Maintaining and developing existing e-commerce website
  • Market and gap analysis
  • Organizing trade shows and events
  • Help maintain marketing documentation to keep the team organised and on track
  • Ensure a high attention to detail across all marketing activity
  • Assisting with any ad hoc tasks including but not limited to travel expos
  • Project work as required
  • Build strong working relationships across the board
  • Hours - 8am - 5pm

  • About you :

    We're looking for an innovative and highly organised marketing coordinator to take sole-charge of this marketing function.

    You'll ideally be a tertiary-qualified marketer with at least 2 years experience in a similar role. You will be comfortable taking ownership of marketing strategies, and will have a talent for social media and digital marketing and e-

    commerce. Any experience in graphic design would be advantageous.

    Key to your success in this role will be your ability to work independently as well as being a team player who demonstrates a willingness to help out wherever is required.

    You will build good relationships and communicate well with clients and suppliers.

    What we need form you :

  • You’ll be a marketing graduate with 2 years commercial experience
  • Exposure to marketing strategies, techniques, materials, channels, technologies and solutions
  • Previous experience in web design / maintenance preferred
  • Knowledgeable in all Social Media platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook and Instagram
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and exposure to Adobe Suite (Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop) an asset
  • The ability to work effectively under pressure with a natural capability to multi task
  • Common sense and the ability to problem solve in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills
  • The highest attention to detail and level of accuracy
  • Confident working independently, but a real team player
