Job Description Summary
As a Senior Lease Analyst, under limited supervision, perform lease administration function maintaining accurate data in client’s database, review and approve invoices and rent roll for payments to landlords, produce reports and maintain relationship and communications with landlords and client.
Principal Responsibilities :
General : Fosters excellent relationships with client and landlordsVerbal and written communications with client and landlordPrepare monthly reports and ensure accuracy
Lease Administration : Conduct final data integrity review of lease abstractsProcess rent payments and landlord invoices in a timely mannerPrepare reconciliation of paymentsReconcile landlord rent payments to ensure accuracyReview and process Estoppel CertificatesNotify client of critical lease action dates
Education / Qualifications
3-5 Years of lease administration experience in Accounts Payable
Good understanding of financial concepts required
Computer : Highly proficient with MS Office Suite, with experience in one or more real estate portfolio management software systems
