Purpose of Role :
Responsible for providing high-quality executive administrative support to the Office Managing Partner.

Office Managing Partner (OMP)
Qualifications, Skills, Experience and Personal Attributes :
Minimum 3-5 years Executive Assistant experience, preferably in a fast-paced corporate environment. Executive Assistant experience in a professional services environment considered an asset
Post-secondary degree or diploma in business administration or other relevant field
Strong communication skills, including written and verbal
Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented with the ability to work in a changing environment
Highly motivated with the ability to handle multiple priorities
A collaborative team player with the ability to work with people who have a diverse range of skills, styles, and approaches
Excellent relationship building and interpersonal skills
Ability to conduct research, analyse data, and create reports and presentations
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
Oversee all incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and other correspondence
File and retrieve records, documents, and reports
Keep the OMP’s calendar up-to-date, including adding events, rescheduling appointments and providing daily briefings
Help prepare for meetings and accurately record minutes from meetings
Act as the gatekeeper for internal and external contacts
Conduct research, collect & analyse data, and generate reports based on the needs of the OMP
Assist with the preparation and organization of internal and external meeting events
Make travel arrangements and detailed travel itineraries
Provide general administrative support
Maintain a high degree of discretion and confidentiality
Actively support and participate in Firm wide initiatives
Participates in the Firm’s Team Development Performance Management Program
Promotes the Firm’s Quality Control Standards
