Looking for an experienced Infrastructure Specialist to join our Clients team in Chatham, Ontario. Your role day to day : -Day to day Support of End User systems - Hardware and Software (Desktop, Laptop, Tablet, Phones, VDI) -Creation and maintenance of standard system images;
software install packages; remote distribution -Support of call center phone system -Desktop support of call center and business user devices based on Windows 10;
Office 365; -Support of 0365 back end infrastructure -Support of End User security; Antivirus; Account Management; Device Management (Intune) -Maintain physical inventory Required Skills and Accountabilities -2+ years of relevant professional experience for mid level -5+ years of relevant professional experience for senior level -Outstanding communication skills (verbal and written) and organization skills.
Position involves constant direct user contact and support. -Experience with the support of end user hardware; diagnosis;
repair; warranty management -Experience in Microsoft Active Directory, O365 administration -Significant experience with support of Windows 10 clients -Experience with the management of handheld devices (Android;
IOS) -Must be able to lift and move computer equipment up to 15Kg -Relevant Certifications - MCITP, MCTS, MCM, MCSA - Cloud, MCSE, Comp Tia A+
