Currently, they are seeking an Analyst to join their Investments Team. Reporting to the Group MD, this individual will work with the team to facilitate superior returns by evaluating and recommending value creation opportunities within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
This is an exciting opportunity for a real estate professional with a minimum 2-4 years of real estate transaction experience (i.
e. investment banking, private equity or acquisitions / debt) to take on a front-line role within a deal driven and well-funded investor.
Familiarity with Argus Enterprise an asset. Responsibilities Underwrite and create financial models, proformas and other financial analyses to drive the evaluation of investment opportunities across all commercial real asset classes
Assist with all aspects of acquisition and disposition due diligence, including lease review
Commission and review third party reports, including appraisals, building condition and environmental reports
Create financial information packages and develop presentations for lenders, investors and partners
Undertake ongoing research of new real estate transactions and market trends and compile market data
Communicate regularly and effectively with brokers, lenders, investment bankers, and all other parties involved in financings or acquisitionsQualifications Undergraduate Degree in business or finance and relevant real estate experience gained in a transaction-oriented environment (i.
e. investment banking, private equity or acquisitions / debt)
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Familiarity with Argus Enterprise an asset
Excellent analytical, financial modeling and communication skills
