Our government client is seeking the services of a Training and Development specialist.


  • Coordinate knowledge transfer and training activities
  • Conduct knowledge transfer and training activities in conjunction with SCIS team
  • Capture feedback on process and revise knowledge transfer and training methods / approach / materials as required
  • Planning, developing, managing and delivering specific well-defined public-directed program, projects and services
  • Initiating and maintaining contacts with representatives of other departments, other levels of government, industry, public sector organizations and associations, special interest groups, and the public
  • Analyzing trends and developments in major high profile projects
  • Monitoring program activities against legislative and policy requirements to ensure compliance
  • Qualifications

  • Minimum Ten Years Experience in Designated Category providing similar services to those identified under Section 1 Statement of Work
  • Experience using MS Office Suite, Visio, MS Project
  • University Degree in a related field, particularly Bachelor of Arts or Business / Commerce
  • Diploma, Certificate or Degree in Adult Education
  • Must have experience in at least two projects directly involving regulatory / secure based processes
  • Must have secret clearance
  • Must be fluently bilingual (English and French
  • Must have experience providing professional services within the public sector environment.
  • Must have experience delivering training and mentoring over the last five years in regulatory / secure based processes / environments
  • Must have experience conducting instruction related to business processes and job related tasks
  • Must have experience implementing training strategies across multiple stakeholder groups across multiple organizations
