The incumbent will be responsible for supporting and managing the evolving and increasing requirements to SAP master data quality at the highest levels in terms of timely availability of its product information to our partners.

It requires timely, consistent and quality responses that are compliant with Nestlé internal and Industry Standards.

Major Responsibilities

Support the Operational Nestle Business Process by managing and implementing master data at the highest level of data quality and integrity.

Create, maintain, and ensure error free Master Data within Nestlé SAP Template.

Work with departmental process owners to support their initiatives through the use of master data and other Nestlé data with a strong emphasis on analytics in Excel and MS Access to help support cost avoidance initiatives.

Reduce business disruption through effective issues management and problem resolution. Perform root cause analysis to resolve or eliminate the issue.

Work with Nestle management teams to support their business interactions with their customers during issue reviews or new business opportunities.

Provide backup support to other Master Data team members.

Qualifications

University degree in Business or Computer Science and / or equivalent experience.

Good Excel skills required, knowledge of SAP and MS Access would be an asset.

Familiarity with GS1 and ECCnet would be an asset.

Ability to learn new computer tools and skills to improve data management efficiency.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy is required.

Initiative and ability to work independently.

A team player with a focus on process improvements by utilizing problem-solving capabilities.

Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet tight time lines.
