Be prepared to provide outstanding service with a positive, can-do attitude.

Enter orders accurately and quickly, for both Mississauga and Burnaby locations.

Develop strong verbal relationships with all customers.

Study the catalogues and website. Be able to utilize them quickly and efficiently.

Develop intimate knowledge of customer pricing & company pricing strategies

Provide accurate price and delivery as well as backorder reports to customers.

Effectively process QC reports and RMAs, ensuring that our new Return / Warranty Policy is adhered to.

Maintain aged backorders on a weekly basis

Maintain scheduled orders

Develop some knowledge of competitors’ products and know their general pricing positions and technical advantages and disadvantages versus company product.

Aid in the promotion of the TEAM environment within the Customer Service staff.

Any and all other duties that add to the sense of team to make the company an enjoyable and rewarding place to work.

Any and all other duties that further the sales growth and profitability of company’s Industries Inc.

Develop intimate knowledge of our products. Be able to provide technical help to customers.

Efficient order processing

Bring order to warehouse to ensure constant order flow for the entire Operation

Ensure Order Terms & Conditions are adhered to

Desired Skills & Experience

Post secondary education Some business courses an asset.

Experience in CSR or distribution an asset

Good working knowledge of computers (Excel, Word, etc.)

Ability to scan numbers quickly and accurately

You must truly care about servicing customers

Good communication skills & telephone manner

Detail oriented person
