Responsibilities : Full range of operational, financial and management accounting, reporting and analysis.Maintaining month-
end and year-end working papers, reconciliations and schedules.Managing the revenue recognition process for software and related services.
Prepare audit materials as requested for external auditors.Various sales tax compliance reporting and remittances.Payroll processing, records maintenance, and related reports.
Regular monthly reporting and ad-hoc reporting.Working closely with the Senior Controller and management, providing financial analysis and support for projects and tasks when needed.
Backup for Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable when required.Requirements : Excellent judgment, communication, and problem-
solving skills.High level of accuracy and attention to detail.Ability to balance multiple priorities, in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
Possess an understanding and experience in full cycle accounting.Advanced proficiency with Excel Experience with payroll and payroll processors (primarily ADP) is an asset.
Comfortable using various computer and web-based applications in a work / office environment.Experience with Intacct or similar ERP is an asset.
Experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM is an asset.5+ years accounting experience in a similar environment is ideal.
