Our client, a multinational bank, is looking to fill an HR Administrative Support role for a 10-month contract in Vancouver!

Pay rate : $37.00 / hr

Hours : Standard hours, Monday to Friday

As an HR Administrative Support, your duties will include :

  • HR policy and procedure guidance and problem solving
  • Communicate relevant process and procedure information to business partners
  • Lead escalations while coordinating between HR business units
  • Update HR database
  • Assist with payroll, benefits, and vacation related inquiries by providing relevant data
  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance productivity, effectiveness, efficiency and participate in the implementation
  • Provide guidance and support with various administrative tasks

  • Previous human Ressources experience or administrative support related
  • Strong Team Work and interpersonal Skills
  • Strong Communication Skills

  • Previous banking experience is an asset
