Key Responsibilities :

Enghouse is looking for an ambitious Inside Sales Executive that thrives in a B2B sales environment. The inside sales executive will play a fundamental role in achieving our customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives through selling a cloud based portfolio encompassing Hosted Billing and Customer Management, Interaction Recording, MVNO solutions..

Our ideal candidate is process focused, has a strong business acumen and a hunter sales mentality. This role will work closely with the Demand Generation team to position our value proposition, generate attention and interest for Enghouse Network’s solutions, and will have to deliver on assigned sales quota targets for the North American region and will report to the Vice President Sales.

Key Requirements :

  • Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
  • Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
  • Perform effective online demos to prospects
  • Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory / portfolio
  • Possess excellent interpersonal skills with strong presentation abilities
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, Salesforce.com or other CRM, web presentation tools
  • Strong phone presence and experience making multiple calls per day
  • Qualifications :

  • 2-3 years of demonstrated B2B sales experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills English
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
