The Field Marketing Manager for Northern and Western Europe (NEUR and WEUR) is responsible for developing and executing a regional marketing plan to meet or exceed the sales plans in the regions.
This includes local programs and events, regional content syndication and paid search, partnering with the corporate marketing team to influence the creation of global programs that can be deployed locally, and executing joint programs with channel partners.
This position will be located in London and will report into the VP of Global Field Marketing and Demand Generation. You will be part of a very close-

Partner with both the regional sales leaders and wider marketing colleagues to establish marketing priorities that are aligned to sales priorities
Develop shared pipeline forecasts with sales based on a solid understanding of the contributions of various marketing tactics executed both within and outside of the region
Actively seek out new and different tactics to reach the target buyers
Collaborate with channel marketing to build joint marketing programs and increase partner-sourced contribution to the business
Grow the database of targetable contacts in the right accounts, job levels, and functions for the sales geography
Partner with the sales teams and customer advocacy team to grow the pipeline of public customer references for the region
Manage / track budget and spend, working with the marketing team to create a quarterly marketing investment plan for the region
Measure, analyze, and report on territory pipeline building activities to understand contribution to pipeline health, and to evaluate marketing effectiveness / return on investment
8+ years technology marketing / sales experience, ideally in enterprise security or networking
Proven success developing and executing regional marketing plans that address various buying cycle stages and personas
Deep expertise in a wide variety of demand generation tactics
Adept at balancing and negotiating the needs of the region with the demands from corporate
Strong influencing and diplomacy skills proven ability to get buy-in across a variety of stakeholders
Ability to work effectively with all levels of management and functional disciplines
BS Marketing or related field
