As a Tax Lawyer, you will be a part of our Financial Services practice. This position offers excellent opportunities for learning and career advancement to the right candidate.
Your key responsibilities
As a Tax Lawyer, you will participate in and supervise multiple and challenging tax consulting engagements for our diverse clients.
You will be working on domestic and international corporate tax planning, reorganizations for insurance companies, banks and other financial institutions including PE groups.
This includes permanent establishment issues, capital markets, loss consolidations and investment planning among other things
