What- the Role :
Our client is seeking a new Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis to join their high-performance corporate FP&A team. This is a very meaty and challenging role, with a focus on strategic planning, debt & equity financing, forecasting & reforecasting, presentations, scenario analysis, and various ad hoc FP&A projects.

Who- the Candidate :
We are looking for a proven FP&A manager who has experience conducting financial modeling for a high-growth company. Qualified candidates will be firmly at Manager-level, with a minimum 8 years and ideally 10 years progressive experience in finance.
CPA designation is required (Legacy CPA, CA preferred) and pursuit of MBA, CFA, or CBV is a significant asset. The best candidates for this opportunity will be down-to-earth, humble, assertive, knowledgeable, inquiring, driven, and confident.
Excellent communication skills are crucial as the Manager will be making presentations to internal and external stakeholders.
A high level of business acumen is paramount, as is the ability to gain buy-in throughout the organization and demonstrate the intrinsic business value of a high-functioning and top-tier FP&A function.
Candidates will have a holistic FP&A toolkit, and the more breadth and depth of experience within FP&A (financial modeling, debt and equity financing, budgeting, forecasting, financial system optimization, presentations, etc.
