Great opportunity with an exceptional client based in the Langley area. We are looking for an Investment Administrator. If you have a great attitude, enjoy a fast-paced environment this could be a great opportunity for you!

Duties Include but not limited to :

  • Provide sales, administrative and operational support to the investment team
  • Prepare business correspondence to clients
  • Preparing professional letters and correspondence with shareholders;
  • Update all client files and ensuring all regulatory requirements are met
  • Reviewing packages to ensure that all requirements are received in good order;
  • Following up regularly on all transactions, non-financial updates, transfers, etc.;
  • Scanning and filing all documents and correspondence.
  • Must Haves :

  • A thorough understanding of the financial services industry
  • A genuine willingness to lend a hand and to take initiative to do so
  • A professional, courteous and friendly demeanor in person and over the telephone
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • CSC / CPH or a willingness to become registered
  • Must have a minimum of 3+ years of financial service industry experience
