Our team goal is to fix our clients' complex technical IT issues. You will contribute to this goal by planning and organizing activities related to managing the company’s IT operations and projects.
Succeeding in this role involves delivering our high Service Level Agreements (SLA) for all the hosting services offered to our clients.
To do this, you will collaborate with our Cloud Infrastructure and Services Team.
Here's what your day-to-day will look like in this role.
Oversee the management of human resources : recruitment, staff evaluations, salary review, working relationships, competencies development and motivation of employees in a culture focused on teamwork
Ensure that business objectives are met for the company’s SLAs and that projects are completed for the administrative teams working in Operations and Projects
Take charge of difficult situations and intervene to resolve major incidents
Ensure good communication channels and relations with our Cloud Infrastructure Team.
Oversee the continued improvement in the way incidents and problems are managed and recommend strategies and guidelines, particularly in regard to best practices to manage the IT Service Centre according to ITIL
Work closely with the Projects team and propose solutions that will allow the team to increase its ability to deliver services
Ensure that the team respects the architecture, security and conformity principles and that this is integrated in the current systems for various projects or change requests
Prepare and follow an annual budget that includes both material and human resources.

Minimum of 5 years of solid experience in the management of technical personnel, IT Operations and IT project management
Bilingual (English / French) spoken and written
General knowledge of various information technologies on the market
General knowledge of architecture technology (virtualization, network)
Knowledge of product and service management (SLM, SLA)
