We’re looking for Property Claims Adjuster to join our growing team!
As a Property Claims Adjuster with our team, you’ll be at the heart of what we do best : helping people. You’ll work alongside a passionate and diverse team of claims experts who are champions of helping customers get back on track after a loss.

Your skilfulness for managing detail will shine as you approach each unique situation and property claim. You’ll review individual cases, interview the insured and witnesses, keep beautiful documentation, and compare policies to make assessments related to liability and claim payment coverage.
What you’ll do here :
Negotiate with customers, claimants, lawyers and insurers to settle claims, within the established authority scope
Actively participate in claims catastrophes (CATs) and work overflow when required
Build relationships and collaborate with different teams including appraisal, underwriting, and legal
Manage costs efficiently and effectively
Stay in-the-know about current insurance products and trends in investigation techniques and services

What you bring to the table
Bilingual (French and English)
Able to work in on of our offices located in Montreal Anjou St-Hyacinthe or Quebec city
DEC or AEC in insurance (or related fields) or a DES
Special authorization of the AMF and commercial (5B / 5A) is considered an asset
Must be able to work Monday Friday on day shift
