You will be responsible for conducting projects for a wide array of clients operating in diverse therapeutic areas. The types of services we provide have different strategic objectives, meaning that our team members can have diversity in their project work.

The role will include the following responsibilities :
Managing market access projects supported by a team of analysts and a project director
Leading a wide range of market access projects ranging from early stage pricing and reimbursement, strategic advice, peri-launch activities to post-launch studies
Working closely with global, regional and local pharma, biotech and medical device clients
Conducting primary research with payers and KOLs and secondary literature research
Drafting and testing value messages for new / existing products
Analysis of research findings and translating into meaningful recommendations to clients
Developing reports and presentations to disseminate findings
Supporting internal & external communication
The candidate should possess the following skills / experience :
Advanced degree in a relevant healthcare / bioscience subject (e.g. MSc / PhD in pharmacy, public health, healthcare management, biopharmaceutical sciences, etc)
3 years+ market access, pricing / reimbursement experience gained in consulting, academia or industry
Understanding of national and global pricing, reimbursement and market access mechanisms and key national stakeholders
Appreciation of decision making processes of key national HTA bodies
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
Fluency in English (written & spoken) and effective verbal and written communication skills
Use of Microsoft software (Word®, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills in addition to the requirements :
Well-developed project management skills and experience of successfully managing complex projects
Knowledge of basic health economics in order to interpret HTA bodies decisions and evidence critiques
Working with cross-functional teams (stats / HE / market access / other)
