We are currently looking for an administrative assistant to join our team based in Burnaby. This is a permanent full time role with an ASAP start date.

If you have a strong background in administration and have a high attention to detail then we want to hear from you. If you are French Bilingual then this is an added benefit and will increase your starting salary.

The main responsibilities and duties for this role are : Preparing of mortgage documents, notice of security interest and transfer of mortgages Answer calls promptly and respond to requests in a professional manner
