The company also distributes prepaid telecom cards and prepaid (open loop) gift and debit cards while continuing to expand the gift card product categories and channels of distribution.

This person will be responsible for managing the day to day account management and support of partner accounts. The Junior AM will be responsible for building strong account relationships that lead to long term partnerships and high partner satisfaction.

This role is cross-functional and perfect for a self-motivating, dynamic individual with a positive, can-do attitude.

Responsibilities :

  • Facilitate card inventory management and card inventory production processes
  • Day-to-Day manage of an account portfolio consisting of Regional and National partner accounts
  • Field in-bound inquiries from partners, troubleshoot issues, follow ups and manage issue through completion
  • Schedule regular client calls, lead call and maintain call notes
  • Present opportunities and secure participation from accounts for marketing promotional efforts
  • Timely and strategic follow through on all account requests
  • Qualifications :

  • 4-year college or university degree
  • Bilingual an asset
  • Proven ability to build, maintain and grow strong relationships
  • Excellent customer service, time management, and multi-tasking abilities
  • Strong verbal and written communication as well as analytical skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Innovative and entrepreneurial attitude with the ability to solve problems in an evolving business environment
  • Ability to prioritize and manage numerous projects on tight deadlines with limited direction.
  • High degree of initiative and keen sense of urgency
  • Ability to think strategically, formulates action plans, and sell them through to management.
  • Intermediate Excel and modeling skills
