As a member of the TELUS Partner Solutions business unit responsible for bringing a world of possibilities to our customers and the best of TELUS to the connected world, you will be accountable for the development and closure of new strategic sales opportunity in bringing TELUS worldwide global connectivity capabilities to innovative existing and new players, developing and building account engagement strategy, expanding executive relationships and creating new business arrangements with potential customers inside and outside Canada.
You will collaborate in Partner Solutions strategic objective of business expansion in Canada and in the U.S. and channel external ideas into business plans and solutions implementation.

What you will do
Develop key accounts, seek and engage key prospects, initiate, develop & maintain relationship with key decision-makers at top (C) level with existing and prospective customers
Uncover business opportunities for TELUS with Canadian and U.S. based industry players in telecommunications, Over The Top and Internet of Things (IoT) segments
Close sales arrangement for profitable growth and complex sales technology solutions
Develop engagement strategy and positioning of TELUS solutions, oversee the preparation of deal plans & lead large complex deals with internal & partner teams
Negotiate and drive contractual closure

What you bring
Global connectivity and over-the-top B2B evolution affecting telecommunication industry
Good understanding of SIP Trunking, Unified Communications & UCAS
Knowledge of telecommunications and its industry regulatory environment trends, IT industry dynamics and global telecommunication wholesale market
Financial acumen
Your qualifications
Proven record of identifying business opportunities, promptly assessing risks and potential, drive the development of a strong mutually beneficial business arrangements
Demonstrated ability to develop strategic account plans and executive level relationships in focused areas
Strong organizational skills, including the ability to plan, negotiate, coordinate and to close a significant number of initiatives simultaneously
Work effectively independently and virtually across various time zones while leveraging cross functional team members
Abreast of leading industry trends, assess market potential and competition
Mastery of English & French languages
Required Professional Designation / Certification :
Business or technical undergraduate degree
Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree is an asset
Great to have
5+ years related telecommunications sales experience and client relationship position
Consistent high performance against sales targets for complex solution selling arena
Proven record of B2B solution selling and managing executive level relationships
