Come join a leader in the pharmaceutical industry! You will be part of a global Talent Acquisition COE and will act as a strategic partner to the business and lead the Talent team in developing and driving innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
This role is 100% remote!
Responsibilities :
Empower the Talent Acquisition team through regular mentoring, coaching and engagement practices by sharing industry trends, market intelligence, and best practices
Develop, manage and continue to evaluate the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and recruitment initiatives
Work collaboratively with the team to update and improve employee referral programs, social media strategies, competency-based interview guides, internal talent acquisition strategies, employer value proposition development and recruitment branding
Develop cost effective, efficient solutions to address current and future staffing needs including proactive sourcing, passive candidate pipelining, productive candidate management, advertising, pre-screening, assessments, references etc.
Develop, track and report on Talent Acquisition activity and performance
Leverage technology and automation to improve the effectiveness of recruiting processes and enhance the candidate experience while minimizing costs
Establish frameworks for managing preferred vendor relationships and negotiate agreements for recruiting and outsourcing requirements
Establish partnerships with local colleges, universities community programs to build a pipeline for future hiring needs.
Lead by example through the direct management of senior level and difficult-to-fill requisitions and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience
Keep up to date on labour market trends and competitor information, providing business partners with insights, recommendations and strategies that will improve the quality of external hires
Qualifications :
A minimum of 8+ years TA experience in a global corporate matrix environment
Post-secondary education in Human Resources or related discipline
Extensive experience in leading a team of professionals proven people management skills with the ability to coach, lead, direct, mentor and motivate a multi-location team and create an engaged and performance focused working environment
Depth of experience / knowledge in Talent Acquisition including targeted sourcing strategies, social media campaigns, and candidate assessments
Experience with campus recruiting both with universities as well as colleges
Ability to manage senior level hiring and talent assessment
Proactive leader with exceptional decision-making skills and the ability to manage expectations effectively to successfully achieve multiple, competing priorities
A strong understanding of human resources programs, policies and practices related to recruitment and employment
Act as a strategic and analytical thinker with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with senior executive and various corporate functions
Proven ability to bring new and creative ideas, strategies and initiatives
Superior ability to make an impact, influence decisions and nurture relationships
Provide ability to execute, organize and excel in a fast-paced environment
Experience with change management / leading a team through change is an asset
