How your role will add to the story :

We’re looking for a Delivery Specialist. You will be responsible for ensuring complete customer satisfaction from the time that the F&I process is complete until the customer drives off the lot in their new or certified pre-

owned Mercedes-Benz. You will report directly to the Sales Manager and will also have the opportunity to work with all dealership staff.

A day in the life :

On most days you'll ensure that all vehicles scheduled for delivery are properly prepped (detailed), licensed, fueled, tire pressures set accurately, floor liners and wheel locks included (new vehicles), no check engine or other warning lights, and such.

On some days you'll act as the Mercedes-Benz product expert within the store, especially with respect to COMAND Infotainment and emerging technologies

There's always a chance you'll be involved in assisting retail store personnel with ad-hoc duties including managing the flow of new and pre-

owned inventory, showroom display, and other duties as required by your manager.

Mercedes-Benz Fan skills, requirements & traits :

Proficiency in MS Office and ONE-EIGHTY

Valid G Driver's License with clean driving record

Experience in an automotive retail environment

Exceptional customer service skills with the desire to exceed customer expectations

Bold, innovative and enjoy challenging yourself

Honest and professional, a strong team player

Big picture thinker, go-getter, self-starter
