Your role

We are looking for forward thinker who will influence the business and IT strategies, thoroughly understand technology and IT architecture, contribute to technology, product and vendor selection, and promote the company values.

You will be :

  • The architect for cross-program, and cross-project architecture strategies and initiatives, finding problems, opportunities, and solutions.
  • The consultant in business process analysis and design, the guide in trends and directions with respect to the use of systems, technology and information.
  • The trusted advisor to IT and the business stakeholders.
  • Your Responsibilities :

  • Contribute to the creation and improvement of the technology architecture practices, processes, governance and compliance.
  • Define and maintain governance and compliance standards and policies.
  • Execute based on of the Technology Architecture processes.
  • Create, update and maintain architecture models, roadmaps and strategies.
  • Lead risk and cost analysis including build vs. buy strategies and recommendations.
  • Lead analysis of the current IT environment to detect critical deficiencies and recommend solutions for improvement.
  • Contribute to the definition and evolution of global IT architecture based on long-term business and technology strategies considering the diversity of Intact activities, the need for compliance to information Security requirements, the long-term business plan scenarios, the obsolescence of mission critical technologies and the evolution of IT solutions offerings from various sources.
  • Understand, advocate and promote the Technology Architecture vision and value proposition within the IT and business community.
  • Lead and facilitate research and assessment of new approaches and technologies for potential use within the organization.
  • Lead and facilitate the creation and evolution of architecture principles to support decision-making.
  • Contribute to the development of an implementation plan for the technology architecture.
  • Consults with project teams to align projects to technology architecture to accommodate project needs.
  • Consult with infrastructure teams to identify when it is necessary to modify the technical architecture to accommodate specific needs.
  • Review and ensure the soundness of the proposed solutions of all major projects and its alignment with technology architecture.

  • Contribute to improvement of architecture and agile teams collaboration.
  • Be an expert (SME) in the field of Identity and Access Management.
  • Stay continuously close to technological news and security monitoring in IGA(Identity Governance and Administration).
  • Keep IAM roadmap up to date.
  • Play a transversal advisory role in its IGA security area.
  • Make the various IT teams aware of good practices related to IAM security.
  • Produce architecture reference, patterns integration, decisional trees to support IAM activities.
  • Define IAM standards.
  • Support documentation for IAM processes and procedures.

  • Experience with cloud architecture is an asset
  • Certification in TOGAF considered an asset.
  • Familiarity with information management practices.
  • Familiarity with the IT application development life cycle.
  • 10+ years in information technology.
  • 5+ years in IT strategic planning, technology or infrastructure architecture.
  • 5 years+ of work experience in IAM-related field or similar experience
  • Experience in developing / implementing IAM / CIAM systems for many audiences : Employees, Consultants, Partners, Clients.
  • Experience with IAM tools (SailPoint, Okta, Azure AD, Active Directory, AWS Identity and, CyberArk, Beyond Trust, MFA, ISAM, ISIM, WebSeal etc.)
  • Solid understanding of SAML, Oauth, OIDC, UMA 2.0 and other identity protocols
  • Certification such as GIAC, CISSP, CISA or CISM is an asset
  • Experience working in large / global corporate environments
