Talentcor is currently recruiting for Call Centre Customer Service Representatives

Our client is a leading provider of Transportation services in the Health Care industry. This is a 24 / 7 operation.

Responsibilities :

  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Answer high volume incoming calls
  • Corresponding with clients, patrons and the public
  • The CSR is responsible for acquiring the necessary patient information over the telephone or fax systems, to perform a pick-
  • up and accurately inputting all necessary information into the online computer system

  • CSRs work as a team and correspond with the Dispatcher to determine the appropriate crews, puck-up times and equipment necessary for each call
  • The CSR acts as the initial point of contact with crew inquires, public inquiries and client requests
  • Extracting the maximum amount of essential information in am minimum amount of time

  • Perform well under pressure in a high call volume environment
  • Ability to work in a high stress environment
  • Conflict resolution
  • 1-2 years of Customer Service experience in a high-volume call center
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Customer service orientation
  • Strong Data Entry skills
  • Extreme attention to details
  • Police background check must be completed
  • Experience in Health Care and the Transportation industry would be a great asset / Call Centre Representative experience working in a Call Centre environment
  • Compensation :

  • $14.00-$15.00 an hour + benefits
  • Customer Service Reps, start times vary 5am onwards. The latest start time is 6pm. These shifts are 8 hours and rotate
