You can buy a car entirely online, without any salespeople involved

You can have your new car delivered to your driveway, usually the same day

You can spend a week with your vehicle to decide if you love it, and if you don't we'll pick it up

Duties & Responsibilities (includes but not limited to) :

  • Delivering exceptional customer service at a national level.
  • Meeting and exceeding monthly performance targets.
  • Oversee customer communication through multiple channels.
  • Managing performance at a provincial level while providing feedback and training to ensure all employees have the necessary tools to succeed.
  • Effectively leading and developing the workforce, including coaching, building team morale, and performance management.
  • Ensuring that staff are compliant with company policies and procedures
  • Reviewing and analyzing workflow and resources to identify trends and process improvement opportunities.
  • Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :

  • Experience in a customer service leadership position is strongly preferred
  • Expert oral and written communication skills
  • Strong leadership experience managing direct reports
  • Ability to motivate a diverse workforce
  • Experience working in high pressure, time sensitive environments
  • Excellent analytical and planning skills
  • Ability to work independently, multitask and prioritize
  • Aptitude for creative thinking and on the spot problem solving
  • Experience in the automotive or finance sector is an added bonus
