Duties & Responsibilities (includes but not limited to) :
Delivering exceptional customer service at a national level.
Meeting and exceeding monthly performance targets.
Oversee customer communication through multiple channels.
Managing performance at a provincial level while providing feedback and training to ensure all employees have the necessary tools to succeed.
Effectively leading and developing the workforce, including coaching, building team morale, and performance management.
Ensuring that staff are compliant with company policies and procedures
Reviewing and analyzing workflow and resources to identify trends and process improvement opportunities.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :
Experience in a customer service leadership position is strongly preferred
Expert oral and written communication skills
Strong leadership experience managing direct reports
Ability to motivate a diverse workforce
Experience working in high pressure, time sensitive environments
Excellent analytical and planning skills
Ability to work independently, multitask and prioritize
Aptitude for creative thinking and on the spot problem solving
Experience in the automotive or finance sector is an added bonus
