Job Summary
The Stronach Regional Cancer Program; Program Clerical Supportis a member of the Regional Cancer Program team who works with the support of, and in collaboration with, all health care providers within the Cancer Centre.
The Program Clerical Support is responsible for reception, patient scheduling, word processing, and clerical functions with the Cancer Centre, reporting to the Manager, Outpatient Clinics & Systemic Therapy Suite.
He / she role models the organizational core competencies.
Works under the direction of nursing staff and physicians to coordinate patient appointments and perform clerical duties.
Program Clerical Supports also act as receptionists and communicate with patients on the phone and in person.
