Management of incoming external vendor orders to determine and communicate lead times
Maintenance of vendor profile information including changes in delivery instructions, standing orders, contact information
Communication with accounting team with internal and external billing processes
Spreadsheet / database (Optimum Control) management and tracking of product
Communication with transportation provider to ensure execution of all external and internal deliveries
Communicate product inventory needs to Chef to guarantee fulfillment of orders
Communicate sales trends to Senior Operations team
Maintenance of internal personnel paperwork
Communication with Human Resources, Payroll and Accounting at Head Office to maintain all administrative paperwork
Verification of payroll information provided by Payroll against timesheets
Ordering office supplies when in need
Optimum Control (1 year preferred)
Office Management experience (1 year preferred)
Management in Hospitality an asset
