The Junior Environmental Planner will assist in the coordination and execution of technical studies in support of environmental assessments (EAs), environmental management and environmental design for projects in a variety of sectors ranging from, infrastructure, oil and gas and mining projects as well as work to support public and government agencies.
The Junior Environmental Planner will support the preparation EA documentation and technical reports, securing permits and approvals and the development of proposals.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Junior Environmental Planner to join a growing, entrepreneurial, environmental business group within a globally respected engineering firm.
Transit Projects, Municipal Class EA, MTO Class EA and other legislation related to the position (e.g. Fisheries Act, Endangered Species Act, Navigation Protection Act, Environmental Protection Act).
