Administrative assistant - sales department

Temporary position

Our client, a company located on the plateau is looking for an Administrative Sales Assistant.

Missions

  • Set up and manage the customer database
  • Write sales reports
  • Ensure good coordination with the account manager, sales department and other departments
  • Qualifications

  • Proficiency of the Office suite, including Access, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Ability to work with PivotTables and Macros (required)
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Discretion, rigor, punctuality and diligence
  • Bilingualism (French and English) oral and written;
