Our client, based on the old port of Montreal, is looking to fill a position as a word processing assistant.
Layout of mission letters and financial statements in Caseware, Excel and Word.
Perform linguistic review and layout of financial statements and various documents, including financial statement calculations (in Word or Excel format).
Print and assemble financial statements, letters and tax returns and bindery preparation (group).
Monitor the financial statements through different stages of the process (professional standards, additions, printing, etc.).
Prepare and print the letter of transmittal for the final documents of the financial statements.
Provide support to administrative assistants as needed.
DEC or DEP in secretarial or office
Have at least 3 years of experience in a similar position
Perfectly bilingual (French / English) both oral and written
Knowledge of French and English typographic rules
Advanced knowledge of MS Word
Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
Knowledge of Caseware and Caseview
Ability to work quickly and under pressure
Attention to detail and rigor
Excellent management of priorities and timelines
