Key Accountabilities :

  • Acquire new projects, leads and clients by traditional and digital marketing initiatives as well as strategic and effective account management
  • Explore new verticals with existing accounts to maximize on ROI
  • Brainstorm and research innovative methods with other executive members to grow project acquisition
  • Explore, identify and execute CRM initiatives to generate leads
  • Strategize and formulate a business marketing plans that will allow for net-new business
  • Manage and mentor Account Directors
  • Work closely with the VP of Digital Labs to execute digital campaigns to land new projects and stem organic growth via social media, paid search, CRM, lead generation, digital marketing
  • Leverage relationships and build on them to create and foster strategic partnerships
  • Establish a prospect list - track and report on the business development pipeline.oDevelop and execute strategies for lead generation, sales, pricing, and all other matters related to business development.
  • oDevelop and maintain a prime prospect list which includes qualified prospects from multiple categories including but not limited to : financial, high tech, health care, travel and tourism, telecommunications, package goods, hospitality, food service, and consumer and retail.

  • Representation as senior leadership at pitch meetings or presentations.
  • Oversee day-to-day proposal process with prospective clients including understanding needs / pain points, producing compelling proposals and presentations that address the client’s challenge and demonstrate our unique value proposition, closing deals and securing evaluations and feedback.
  • Primary responsibility for coordinating, writing and producing agency RFP, RFQ and RFI responses; develop responses to requests for proposals (RFPs).
  • Responsible for agency outreach efforts including credentials presentations and networking at prospect industry events.
  • Personally pursue and close key sales opportunities and manage the sales process.
  • Provide market feedback to the company leadership regarding competitive offerings, prospect needs and generate product development ideas.
