We partner with different internal stakeholders to improve our operations and achieve efficiencies in various areas of the business ranging from forecasting, strategic initiatives, M&A, costs structures and others.

As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will drive change within our business area and be at the forefront of automation, costs savings initiatives and process improvement.

Based on your strong analytic skills and business mindset you will provide insights and recommendations that influence key decisions to improve financial performance.

You will be the main contact point in our team for process improvement. You will be involved in multiple special projects with high visibility within our team.

Here’s how

  • Partner with the BI team to automate current processes and improve operations
  • Drive process changes and influence new approaches to operations
  • Support the Reporting Tool Engine (RTE) team and implement enhancements
  • Assist in leading and coordinating the strategic planning and annual budgeting processes
  • Lead structure / reporting changes and cost improvement initiatives
  • Support FP&A team in improving the finance function through innovative solutions
  • Support team with various special projects (M&A, KPI reporting, and others)
  • Act as a trusted advisor Actively provide decision support to our internal customers, Marketing and Sales Provide financial consulting to manage product performance and profitability Identify areas of improvement and provide innovative solutions Coach and mentor team members, through teamwork and knowledge sharing Collaborate with partners to identify, develop and implement process and internal control improvements with strong focus on automation
  • Qualifications

  • Known for your strong business insight, problem solving skills, advanced analytical and financial modelling skills
  • Recognized for your communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders at various level within the organization
  • Committed to owning and enthusiastically addressing challenges and issues
  • Skilled in your ability to plan, manage and prioritize multiple activities while meeting deadlines
  • Recognized for your strong knowledge in Microsoft (MS) Excel advanced functions, Access, SAP and PowerPoint
  • With a knack for thriving in a fast paced and constantly changing environment
  • Passionate about leading projects to term involving team members from different areas of the business
  • Working knowledge of accounting and financial processes
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in improving processes and operations
  • Great-to-haves

  • Knowledge in telecommunications and technology
  • Knowledge of VBA, SQL, Tableau, Power BI
  • Professional Designation (CPA, CFA, MBA)
  • Working understanding of French
  • Lean Six Sigma
