  • Successful completion of a University Degree in Library Studies or Information Science or related field or an approved equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum five (5) years’ experience as Information or Data Architect or similar position and / or capacity.
  • Familiarity with TOGAF is considered an asset.
  • A PMP is considered an asset.
  • Demonstrated experience, knowledge and skills in all aspects of information architecture, including planning, related applications, technologies, tools, methodologies and trends.
  • Comprehensive understanding of client and user information management requirements and experience in developing detailed plans for large scale and complex information architecture projects in multi-
  • project / multi-client environments.

  • Ability to develop performance measures for information architecture evaluations and to conduct montoring and reporting activities.
  • Knowledge and experience in systems analysis and design including establishing and enforcing policies as part of the system design processfor multiple, large scale information architecture projects.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of principles, methods, techniques and tools for the effective management of projects, from initiation through implementation to close out, including planning, change management, risk management, project change control, negotiation, and financial management.
  • Strong research, analytical, evaluation and practical problem solving skills.
  • Demonstrated skills and experience with presentation, communication and relationship management skills to listen and consult with customer, business partners, stakeholders and project staff.
  • Knowledge of and demonstrated ability in corporate core competencies including customer service, communication, team work, initiative / self management, accountability, flexibility and adaptability.
  • Computer literacy utilizing MS Office software applications.
  • Ability to travel to off site locations in a timely and efficient manner, as required.
  • Ability to work outside regular business hours, as required.
