The Role

  • Provide continuous CRM training and support according to office needs and best practices across North America
  • Maintain an accurate pipeline forecast incorporating revenue recognition protocols from Finance
  • Meet with producers regularly to assist in organizing prospect data, pipeline accuracy and renewal forecasting
  • Maintain a monthly retention report to discuss clients in jeopardy and renewals 120 days out
  • Coordinate client deliverables and thought leadership with marketing team members
  • Collaborate with local Financial Analyst on forecast changes and reporting needs
  • Create and maintain robust prospect lists based on geography, industry, etc.
  • Maintain client and prospect lists within CRM in large market, middle market and industry focus areas
  • Vet prospect lists against internal sales systems to determine account leads
  • Provide company information and industry trend reports as appropriate through Factiva or the M&CI team
  • Implement, maintain and measure the success of campaigns including products and services drip marketing and events to support and drive the sales process
  • Evaluate and adjust marketing strategies to respond to client changes, state of the market and competitive conditions
  • Coordinate a bi-annual review of sales business plans with CRB Leadership and create sales reporting for sales individuals to support this
  • Coordinate monthly sales growth meetings with financials, important dates and sales topics relevant to the team
  • Coordinate client satisfaction surveys in a timely fashion
  • The Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • 3-5 years marketing or communication experience preferred
  • Knowledge of graphic arts techniques
  • Moderate to advanced knowledge and training in one or more desktop publishing applications (Adobe, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and group presentation skills
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Basic knowledge of insurance industry
  • Strategic analysis skills
  • Strong Relationship Management skills; able to leverage internal and external relationships to bring WTW resources to support client and colleague needs
