The Project Manager is responsible for managing projects throughout their life-cycle, from business inception all the way to successful implementation.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
Successfully on-board new clients from our Sales Cycle into the Implementation Project Cycle
Ability to effectively communicate with executive level stakeholders both client facing and in internal
Familiarity with reviewing and understanding Statements of Work (SOW), contracts, or any other signed agreements. Gather an in-
depth understanding and details of MFI products and services sold.
Identify and manage scope creep, document and escalate potential roadblocks or up sell opportunities.
Effectively manage the workload of a client rollout by creating and performing against project timelines that include key milestones to execute by the specified launch dates.
Coordinate the completion of tickets in a thorough and timely manner to best support client implementations by creating and maintaining projects in Connectwise.
Host weekly client progress meetings throughout the life of the project.
Partner with graphic designers to create program announcements and training handouts, work and support the account managers during the post launch client support transition.
Adhere to all established templates, best practices and guidelines.
Provide progress reports to the Director of Client Implementations & Projects and VP of Operations as required.
Participate in new product development documentation and sales demonstrations as required.
The successful candidate will have / demonstrate :
3-5 years of Project Management experience preferred
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Strong initiative and passion for Project Management; Self -starter
Capacity to work independently, with a cross-departmental team, and in client-facing situations
Organized Task Master, creative, detail-oriented, and deadline driven
Ability to autonomously manage simultaneous projects through completion
Ability to learn industry and technology terms
Can thrive in a very fast-paced, highly demanding work environment at a growing company
Computer Skills :
Proficient in the use and application of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project and Outlook).
Proficient in the use of Connectwise or similar
Proficient in the use of AT&T Connect and Gotomeeting or similar
