The Position

For those craving a great start in the hospitality industry, join our culinary team as 3rd cook.

Under the guidance of senior cooks, a 3rd cook maintains high standards and food product consistency by preparing, presenting and storing food items.

  • What You’ll Require

  • 1 year in a cook position or equivalent culinary experience
  • Diploma or Certificate in Culinary Arts or comparable education preferred
  • FOODSAFE Level 1 Certificate (In BC)
  • Experience with various knife-cutting techniques and knowledgeable in food safety preparation
  • Ability to lift items weighted similar to a crate of potatoes, and stand for long periods of time
