Donnelly Group is currently looking to fill a Head Chef role in one of its Public Houses with someone who is passionate about working in a fast-

paced social atmosphere and embodies authentic publican traits. Consideration given to applicants with a strong sense of culture, community and genuine passion for food.

Key responsibilities :

  • Accountable for key financial metrics relative to kitchen operations
  • Ownership of back of house labour, food cost, inventory budgets
  • Training and development of team members
  • Leading daily preparation and ensuring staff stay on task
  • Maintaining an organized, well-stocked, clean and safe working environment
  • Ordering and receiving of product
  • Scheduling of all back of house staff
  • Coordinating appliance, equipment and facility maintenance
  • Full time salaried role dependent on experience plus extended medical / dental benefits. Minimum 2 years restaurant kitchen management or relevant food service experience required.

    Must have high proficiency in multi-tasking, organization and communication skills. Additional perks at local retail outlets, Barber & Co and other Donnelly Group venues.
