As our Project Coordinator, you will :

  • Working collaboratively with the Project Manager & Client Delivery team on the day to day execution of projects through various phases of delivery, from implementation through ongoing maintenance
  • Support the development of project budgets for client approval
  • Help develop, plan and manage project critical paths and timelines to meet delivery deadlines
  • Manage the project schedule, budget, financials, scope and scope changes and related documentation
  • Coordinate and schedule project, team and client meetings as required with timely follow ups of meeting actions & next steps.
  • Support the timely flow of information and documentation of all client-related activity within the project team and to / from the client
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of the client's business, programs, platforms, brands, strategies, sector, etc.
  • Managing financials for Consultants in the field delivering directly to the Dealer Network
  • Ensure that project delivery meets client objectives and achieves high levels of client’s satisfaction with all aspects of Bond services.
  • Help ensure effective project integration and collaboration within the client services team, and across the organization
  • Support proposal development with guidance from the Project Manager or Manager, Client Delivery
  • Work effectively to create a positive employee experience and work environment
  • Participate in other sector specific activities, as required and assigned
  • As our Project Coordinator, you have :

  • Proficient computer skills in MSWord, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • A minimum 2-4 years experience in a project, client focused environment
  • A post secondary degree or diploma in a related field an asset
  • Automotive experience would be an asset
