As our Project Coordinator, you will :
Working collaboratively with the Project Manager & Client Delivery team on the day to day execution of projects through various phases of delivery, from implementation through ongoing maintenance
Support the development of project budgets for client approval
Help develop, plan and manage project critical paths and timelines to meet delivery deadlines
Manage the project schedule, budget, financials, scope and scope changes and related documentation
Coordinate and schedule project, team and client meetings as required with timely follow ups of meeting actions & next steps.
Support the timely flow of information and documentation of all client-related activity within the project team and to / from the client
Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of the client's business, programs, platforms, brands, strategies, sector, etc.
Managing financials for Consultants in the field delivering directly to the Dealer Network
Ensure that project delivery meets client objectives and achieves high levels of client’s satisfaction with all aspects of Bond services.
Help ensure effective project integration and collaboration within the client services team, and across the organization
Support proposal development with guidance from the Project Manager or Manager, Client Delivery
Work effectively to create a positive employee experience and work environment
Participate in other sector specific activities, as required and assigned
As our Project Coordinator, you have :

Results and sales-oriented
Proficient computer skills in MSWord, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
A minimum 2-4 years experience in a project, client focused environment
A post secondary degree or diploma in a related field an asset
Automotive experience would be an asset
