  • You have Post-Secondary education, ideally in business or an HR-related field.
  • This role is heavily focused on client and account management, so demonstrated experience and a track record of success managing stakeholder relationships will set you apart!

  • Even during COVID we manage to have virtual team happy hours, trivia nights, bingo, the works. When COVID wasn’t keeping us apart, our team events have included : concerts (in a private suite, no less), speaking events (Oprah like, actually), dinners, lunches, coffee runs, quarterly team retreats to the USA and more.

Plus, karaoke concerts on the daily. All the fun, all the time.

Envol partners with companies through growth and change to achieve results with employer branding and people solutions (DE&I, HR, and recruiting).

We help to build and develop programs, and then bring them to life through dynamic assets and experiences. Whether we’re working with a big brand you know like University of Ottawa, or a startup you haven’t even heard of yet, our solutions were built to scale.

We were female founded in 2016 with a mission to make businesses human!

As you'll quickly discover, our success is based on delivering business impact that moves the dial for our customers and their people.

We believe in optimizing the experience for everyone, leaving people and places better than we found them. How do we do it?

By working hard, putting people first, and doing whatever it takes. We do it by treating each other with respect, working as a team and having a damn good time while we do it.

Best of all? We’re human. When we’re not rocking our clients' worlds, we like to get out and explore the world. We’re foodies, wine-os, readers, unicorn hunters, adventurers and creators.

It can be a bit chaotic at times (because #startup and #growth), but there's no shortage of greatness in the madness!
