The responsibilities of the Senior Technical Strategist will be to work closely with the PeopleSoft Project Manager as well as the PeopleSoft Functional Team Lead to develop mitigation strategies to resolve outstanding v8.
9 upgrade issues to align for GCPI and ePay Card.
Item Mandatory Criteria M1 The proposed resource must have a minimum of (10) years experience as a Programmer Analyst in PeopleSoft HRMS version 7.
0 or greater. M2 The proposed resource must have a minimum of (2) years as a senior technical lead implementing PeopleSoft HRMS version 8.
9. M3 The proposed resource must have a minimum of (1) year experience as a senior technical lead implementing Government of Canada (GoC) PeopleSoft HRMS version 8.
9. M4 The proposed resource must have a minimum (3) years experience as a senior technical consultant on at least (2) PeopleSoft upgrade projects in the last (5) years.
M5 The proposed resource must have possess certified training in PeopleSoft Workflow, PeopleSoft Application Upgrader and PeopleSoft Enterprise Warehouse.
M6 The proposed resource must be able to communicate fluently in both official languages in oral and written communications.

Tasks - Deliverables
The contracting resource will perform work on client site with the PeopleSoft HRMS V8.9 Project Team.
Tasks / Activities Deliverables a.Provide strategic and technical expertise for PeopleSoft HRMS V8.9 upgrade project including application development, application upgrade scripts, technical documentation and in-service support / maintenance.
Suggest any updates on existing Scripts / documentation and propose additional documents not presently available.b.Support the project team with strategic implementation and execution of the technical project tasks.
