Your responsibilities include, but not limited to :
Support field-based execution of Brand(s) strategies and achieve all territory business objectives including sales goals and growth.
Drive territory sales performance of assigned geography by developing and executing territory business plans.
Build and nurture preferred partner relationships with key opinion leaders, targeted specialists and healthcare professionals.
Communicate and collaborate with all cross-functional team members to ensure optimal alignment on business opportunities and priorities.
Analyze and report on sales, Medical Education, monthly plans, call activity and budgets on a monthly basis.
What you’ll bring to the role :
University degree, health sciences or business administration preferable with a minimum of 3 years related sales experience with a strong record of achievement.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in a hospital, specialty, is a strong asset.
Ability to collaborate effectively with various groups and commitment to teamwork.
Results-oriented and customer focused.
Proven business acumen with analytical and strategic thinking skills.
Excellent interpersonal, organization, presentation and communication skills.
