This position reports to the Reliability Manager.
What you will do :
Identify bad actors and threats to production
Focus on asset reliability
Responsible for the optimization of asset maintenance strategy
Coaching in supporting Root Cause Analysis, Reliability Modeling, standardization of downtime costs
Development and documentation of standard work procedures
Manage reliability documents and processes for sustainability
Contribute to the continuous improvement culture through reliability improvement requests
Support all site initiatives including safety and production based processes put in place to promote a safe working environment and to keep our assets performing at the desired level of performance
Provide technical support to reliability crew
Implement predictive and proactive maintenance tasks to keep our assets performing at the desired level of performance
Produce monthly reliability report
Perform RCFA’s & RCFA lites as identified from bad actor list or directed by senior management
What you will bring :
Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or related Maintenance Engineer discipline
Professional Engineer designation
4-6 years' experience in Reliability Engineering Team environment
RCMII, RCA, FMEA, CBM
Other EAM systems
Ability to lead & develop
Coaching & Mentoring skills
