We are currently accepting resumes from organized and team-oriented individuals who are looking for a career as a Posting Clerk for our Head Office in Edmonton.
As the Posting Clerk , you will be responsible for performing accounting duties in a timely manner, as well as assisting in other administrative functions when necessary.
Other job duties may include : Post daily credit card payments.Post daily bank deposits.Scan all Accounts Receivable backup into the system.
Mail out Accounts Receivable statements monthly.Ensure the confidentiality and security of all financial files.Other duties as required.
JOB REQUIREMENTSJob RequirementsDESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCEHigh School Diploma or GED.University Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Commerce, or Business Administration considered an asset.
Minimum 2 years of Administrative / Customer Service experience.Experience in Accounts Receivable considered an asset.Energetic and friendly, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to prioritize and organize workload in a fast-paced environment.Excellent attention to detail with the drive to meet tight deadlines.
