What you will do : The incumbent will experience various aspects including : Business Strategy, Organizational Effectiveness, Culture & Engagement and Change Management.
Builds presentations, communications and researches information. Prepares and analyzes data to provide insights and observations to leaders.
Assists with preparing and organizing events. Collaborates and supports different professionals and Enbridge departments.
Performs administrative office tasks. Who you are : You are currently enrolled in second or third year in a full time post-secondary program studying Human Resources and will be returning to full time school immediately following the work term.
Ability to prioritize work to support to multiple stakeholders in a fast-past environment. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and high degree of accuracy.
Ability to demonstrate initiative and decision-making. Ability to make suggestions to streamline and continuously improve relevant systems and processes.
Strong communication skills both verbal and written. Solid computer skills and experience using MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to actively and consistently represent Enbridge’s core values (Safety, Integrity, Respect). Working Conditions : Office based role.
