Job Summary

WE is looking to fill the role of Associate Director, Program Impact Reporting. This role will support the reporting needs of the WE, including WE Schools and the Partner Relations team.

We are seeking an accomplished impact measurement professional with proven experience. The ideal candidate is proficient across a range of primary and secondary research methodologies, with exemplary design and analysis skills.

Executional excellence and attention to detail are second nature.

The position is based out of WE's International office in Toronto.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Report to and take direction from the Director, Research Strategy, Insights and Reporting.
  • Be responsible for supporting the vision and management of the Measurement & Evaluation team for WE (encompassing WE Schools programs, Leadership Programming, Youth Leadership Conferences, Partner Relations and ME to WE).
  • Support in the strategy, creation, design, execution analysis and reporting of a variety of initiatives providing recommendations across the organization and to external audiences.
  • Collaborate across the organization and with team members to determine reporting needs and delivery mechanisms.
  • Oversee the creation of activity and impact reports for internal and external audiences.
  • Conduct and supervise secondary research and cross-check references on information pertaining to social / education systems and their impacts.
  • Qualifications and Skills

  • 6-8 years of hands on experience with research and statistical analyses, in-depth report writing, and dashboard development.
  • People management experience an asset.

  • Fluency in creating narratives with data - a keen ability to see the big picture, analytical / critical thinking, ability to identify long and short-
  • term goals and corresponding outcomes.

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities within tight deadlines.
  • Team player with a positive and professional attitude, strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills in all internal and external relationships.
  • A strong work ethic, experience with cross functional teams and supplier management an asset. Strong customer service orientation.

  • Interest in human and children rights issues at local, national and international level.
  • Proficient use of MS Office programs (intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel). Experience using Salesforce is an asset.
  • Must be eligible to work in Canada.
  • A Bachelors or Masters degree in : Sociology, Psychology, Economics, Political Science, Human Factors, or related disciplines.
