The Talent Company is partnering with a very well-known fully Canadian-owned company to recruit for a Senior Compensation Analyst / Specialist.

This exciting opportunity is located in Mississauga. The organization has been performing very well over the years. The role reports to the Director, Total Rewards.

Role : Partner with HRBPs and business leaders. Providing consultative compensation recommendations; Leading the planning and execution of the annual com review (merit increases and long-

  • term incentive plan payouts); Designing the variable pay plan and providing input on Sales Incentive plans; Providing comp support when it comes to launch new programs and employee communication / engagement;
  • Seeking new practices and tools to obtain process improvements; Coaching and mentoring. Providing guidance to the Comp team;
  • Requirements : 5 years+ of progressive compensation experience; Strong technical skills, advanced Excel; Technical knowledge of compensation programs features and market practices;
  • Excellent communication skills, someone who can present to the leadership team and the Board of Directors; Strong project / time management with ability to meet stringent deadlines;
  • Experience with Executive Comp, Sales Comp,Pay Equity implementation is an asset This is a full-time position with an attractive compensation & benefit package.
