A Cantest Calibration Technician is a skilled technician who is adept at problem solving. Calibration Technicians require a broad skill base including mechanical aptitude, electrical / electronic knowledge, an ability to apply mathematical formulas.
This position requires both physical and mental exertion. This position will be attractive to problem solvers, people who like new challenges or developing new solutions to existing challenges.
People who like to travel and work by themselves. Candidate would be required to travel to service stations in Alberta and Western Canada.
Be independent, self managing, very well organized and responsible for a company work truck. In house training program. Duties : Evaluate and certify dispenser meters at retail service station using electronic computerized reference prover system.
Perform volumetric test measures, data entry and files transfers through computer system. meter analysis and minor repairs.
Daily Alberta and Western Canada. Maintain and repair other fuel / liquid handling equipment. Willingness to travel throughout
