We are growing. Fast. We're looking for a Senior Project Manager to report to one of our Program Managers. You’ll be responsible for projects of varying size, from $0.

5 to $3 million and ensuring that the team delivering that work has everything they need.As a Senior Digital Project Manager, you’ll be ensuring that projects happen flawlessly, on time and on budget.

You’ll have multiple projects on the go at any given time, so you should be able to handle competing priorities. You should be a master crafts-person, with an understanding of all of the Project Management fundamentals and good business sense.

This role is client-facing and you should expect to travel once a quarter or less. Relationships will be key, as things move quickly at Klick, and you’ll need to build mutual trust to be run successful projects.

Your primary responsibilities on your projects will be :

Scope, risk, schedule, budget, quality, and communication

Updating project documentation : WBS, Gantt Charts, specifications, status reports, change requests, etc.

Manage relationships with third party stakeholders if the project requires

Specifically, we’re looking for :

5+ years of project management experience

Experience in digital, CRM, software development, digital / interactive and / or new media projects

Agency experience and pharma experience are major bonus points

Certifications considered but not mandatory
