The incumbent can be based out to Mount Pearl, Fredericton, Dartmouth, St Johns, New Brunswick or Moncton. The Project Specialist is responsible for : Managing all job site releases - liaising with customers and warehouse to ensure timely deliveries Digitally tracking all current projects Processing Customer Purchase orders : to include entering Sales Orders and processing Vendor Purchase Orders.

Reconciling contract, account balances and quantities Work with customer on management of long-lead time items Co-ordinate with Supply Chain on the management of out of stocks and backorders to deliver project materials.

Provide reporting as needed with customers, project control sheets Create project change orders as changes are initiated by customers When necessary, recommend alternative products to original specifications Co-ordinate with Credit to handle denunciation, liens for projects Managing Pricing and Special Price Agreements for jobs Accountable to deliver jobs on-time, in full quantities, and on-budget.

Responding to questions requiring interpretation and provides guidance and solutions to problems involving moderate technical product knowledge Engaging with our target market segments and continually work to improve technical skills and knowledge Ability to handle multiple projects at the same time Evaluating customer’s needs and promoting products Building and maintaining customer relationships Maintaining a clean and organized work area Other responsibilities as assigned Qualifications : Minimum 3 years previous sales / project management experience within the plumbing, hydronic and HVAC industry with strong degree of product knowledge Good negotiation skills and solid analytical mindset Strong working ability of ACCEO Estimation Software (or similar program) and Microsoft Office products.

In addition, previous Syntax / AS400 experience is an asset Excellent problem solving, interpersonal and communications skills Enjoys & thrives working in a deadline driven environment Highly organized, detail oriented individual with effective time management skills who is very adept at multitasking High level of commitment to exceptional customer service Ability to work well individually and in a team environment
